Shipping & Delivery
1. How much does delivery in the UK cost?
We offer a standard home delivery service to your chosen address. All deliveries will be £2.95.
2. When should I expect to receive my order?
We make every effort to process your orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number which you will be able to enter on the DPD Local website. Simply visit https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/
4. Can I get my order faster?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a selection on delivery services. If urgent delivery is required, please telephone us and we will endeavour to despatch your items sooner.
5. Will I need to sign for my order?
Our courier does require a signature upon delivery, purely for tracking purposes.
6. What if I miss my delivery?
Don’t worry if you miss your delivery. Our courier will either leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a card through your door to advise that they’ve attempted delivery.
7. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can investigate further.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At this moment in time, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or simply change your mind, we’re here to help.
1. How do I return an unwanted item?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. I’ve received my delivery but part of it is damaged. What should I do?
We’re really sorry that you’ve received an unsatisfactory delivery. If all or part of your order is damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days from the date you received it so we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent. We reserve the right to request images of the product to determine whether we consider it to be defective or not.
